When sending the photo, we'll scale the picture to fit the product best, determining between landscape or portrait orientation. If your photo is tall and narrow, portrait works best. If it's short and wide, landscape works best. Please note: we cannot use copyrighted images.

there may be slight differences in color between what is shown on the site and the final product. We cannot guarantee color matching.
