The May Label. maintains a strict no refund policy.

We do not offer:

  • Refunds

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Cancellations

Exceptions

Exceptions may apply only if:

  • Wrong item was sent

  • Verified production error occurred

Damage Claims

Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Approved claims require return of damaged product before replacement.

Custom Order Agreement

By ordering custom products you agree:

  • You approved design details

  • Information submitted is correct

  • Sale is final

Mystery Products

Mystery box purchases are non-refundable.

No refunds based on item preference.

Bulk Orders

Bulk deposits are non-refundable once production begins.

Remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
