Estimated shipping is 5–7 business days after processing.

Shipping delays may occur due to:

Lost Package Policy

Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your package is:

  • Lost

  • Stolen

  • Damaged

You must contact the shipping carrier first.

JoMay & Co. is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier damage

  • Delivery errors

Tracking is provided as proof of shipment.

Damaged Product Claims

If an item arrives damaged:

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims must include:

  • Photos of damage

  • Packaging photos

  • Order number

If approved:

The damaged product must be returned before a replacement is sent.

JoMay & Co. reserves the right to deny claims without required documentation.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

No refunds will be issued for customer address errors.
